A mix of East African Heirloom coffee bean varieties from six farms.

It's wild, sweet, winey and fruity and yet full bodied.  Definitely one to try.

"Llyn Ewe" by the fabulous Caroline Jackman.  Grazing contentedly on a small farm in Surrey, this ewe is Carolines favourite in this collection.  She loved the result but also the challenge.

"This is Hattie. I give all of my ewe’s names. And much of the time they are a little random because I have invited one of my friend’s children to name a ewe lamb that I intend to keep for breeding. I love the elegant face of a Llyn breed, pronounced klin. They are a Welsh breed and she is the first pure bred ewe born on my farm. So I just had to keep her. Breeds are important. For me it is a marriage of what I can cope with having a pesky bad back and what my land will support the best. This drawing I hope captures her beautiful expression and lovely quiet nature." - Caroline Jackman
