Order Processing & Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 12pm (midday) on working days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after midday or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
Packaging & Freshness
Your specialty coffee is roasted fresh and carefully packaged to preserve its quality during transit.
Brewing equipment is securely packed to prevent damage.
All items are dispatched with appropriate protection to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Chocolate should be stored in appropriate temperatures to avoid blooming.
Will I know when my order is dispatched?
Yes, once dispatched, you will receive an email (or SMS if you have opted in) to say that your order is with our delivery partners.
I love your coffee, do you deliver outside of the UK?
We apologise but we do not offer international shipping directly.
If you don't live in the UK and would like to try our coffee, you may wish to use a parcel forwarding service. Search online for "international parcel forwarding UK" or "shop and ship UK" to find services that can provide you with a UK address and forward packages internationally.
We cannot recommend specific services, and please note we cannot accept responsibility for any issues with delivery outside of the UK.
