We are excited to share chocolate from a talented Cornwall based Chocolate maker - Mike Longman. Previously a pastry chef with experience working in Michelin star restaurants, Mike shares our values and believes if you are going to do something, do it with quality ingredients, ethically sourced. His chocolate is absolutely delicious! At a recent tasting event, a customer said that we should have a warning sign saying "Do not try because you WILL buy". Consider yourself duly notified.

Independent farmers sell directly to Bean to Bar Chocolate makers or to Ethical Importers. Cacao is traceable to the farms that grew them. Purchasing from sustainable farms that protect rainforests, promote biodiversity, and support fair wages for farmers without exploitation is eco responsible sourcing.

MINIMAL WASTE

Roasted in small batches, using refurbished & repurposed machinery. Chocolarder chocolate is hand packed in 100% recyclable and plastic free packaging. Designed by the Chocolarder team. The foil wrapper is biodegradable.
