This coffee is chocolatey and sweet with a beautiful body and aromas of blackberries. Delicious.

Our Guatemalan coffee beans are from plantations in volcanic valleys surrounding Antigua.  The rich volcanic soil and excellent growing conditions are at 1650 metres.

Varieties are Caturra, Bourbon and Typica.

"Bielefelder Hen" by the fabulous Caroline Jackman.  Happily living on a small farm in Surrey, this Bielefelder definitely has a cheeky glint in her eye.

"I feel invisible to a hen most of the time, they are always busy going about their business, scratching the floor, to find any tasty morsel. Worms are a particular delicacy.  But time it right, and they come running with their full skirt of fluffy feathers, clucking with delight as I present their tea.  This drawing captures the ‘do not disturb’ expression; with her lovely mottled feathers that blend in so well with our autumnal orchard." - Caroline Jackman
